Generate Reports for All Graffiti

This feature creates a report for all of the graffiti that the administrator can download.

Before accessing this feature, the user must first successfully login as an administrator. Then, when they click the link to generate the report, a file will begin to download.

The user will see a downloaded file that provides them with a report for all graffiti. They can then elect to save that file.

There is limited amount of user behavior associated with this functionality. Beyond downloading, opening, and saving the report, the user does not interact with the APG for any other functionality associated with this report.

The user will use this feature if they wish to download a report for all graffiti.

As of right now, this feature has somewhat low priority. It's main functionality is already established, however, it seems that the generation of the report is currently not working. Once that is fixed, this feature should be properly implemented.
