Condor.py: Fix Remote-ish Submissions

~~TASK:Garrett Koller?!!!~~ Submitting from a remote machine that has condor_submit on it returns some sort of error.
Tried adding -remote condor.cs.wlu.edu to the condor_submit call, but it didn't work. Find out how to fix this either in the script or in the Condor configuration settings.
