To create a new page,

1. make the link first (see examples when you click “Edit” on this page)
2. save your changes
3. click the link (which should be red) on the rendered page, you'll see an error message about the page not existing and a link to “Create this page”.
4. Click the “Create this page” link.
5. Edit your page and save it
